The villa is located in the charming village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, near Nice, on the French Riviera.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. It offers all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay in the South of France, perfect for a family or two couples with children.

Upstairs, you will find two air-conditioned children’s bedrooms. One has a single bed convertible into a double trundle bed for two people, and the other has a bed with an additional high-quality mattress.

On the ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is air-conditioned and features a king-size bed, a television, an open bathroom with double sinks, a freestanding bathtub, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a garden view, as well as a dressing room. The last air-conditioned bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a closet, and an en-suite shower room with a toilet.

Also on the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area including a living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen that opens onto a large covered terrace with a dining area and a seating area.

Baby equipment is available upon prior request (high chair, baby cot).
